i wonder if the skills i drew for it are the same as the ones in the game o-o;

In a way, I agree it's OP, but as a Cap player, I see it's flaw's often. It's greatly affected by lag- for one. The person gets hit and you'd presume they're in front of you, lo and behold, no, they're to the right of you, so much for edging them.

Also, it's short compared to many other merc wep skills, though I find this balanced out by the invincible frames.


OP side? It apparently has fast cooldown, though... it really doesn't when facing things like Dawn's upgraded PW. :l That thing's skills loaded before my hat was even ready.
