Update August 8th

New Mode: Champion Mode!
Champion mode will be added in the newest patch, it is a mode that brings the thrill of traditional 2.5D Fighting to Lost Saga.

1. Ladder is not available for this mode.
2. Faction is not available for this mode

It appears if I am reading this right Champion Mode does not allow you to change your gears or your mercenary once you pick it.

Awards do not exist in this mode, I don't know about quest but probably not.
Peso and Exp IS awarded in this mode and it'll be instantly after playing apparently.

There will be six maps at the start, it was not stated if more will be added.

One person on each side, all challengers will get pit on the opposing side of the current champion and the new champion will have to fight off until they die or the time limit runs out.. Again, we'll see.

Skills function as normal but it seems their cooldowns are set, same with your regular stats.

Power gauge slightly boosts your attack and drains as you attack, goes up as you are attacked.

there is a peso/exp bonus for consecutive winning.

There will be 100 time per match

Celebration of the Olympics, Lost Saga Style
Shooting Day 1 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Cowboy/Western Gunman
Archery Day 2 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Robin Hood
Wrestling Day 3 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Pro Wrestler
Martial Arts Day 4 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Taekwondo master
Boxing Day 5 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Boxing Champion
Gymnastics Day 6 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Capoeira
Fencing Day 7 - When connected you will be given either x hours or permanent of an epic of Zorro


And then you got a lottery for people who collect the days, 1 person gets gold.. 5 silver, 10 bronze, something about legendary perm chests and medals.


Play Champion Mode, bonus prizes!
Playing champion mode will give 50% bonus exp and peso

Doesn't apply to us, it's for the KRs.

Login for 2 hours, get a perm chest
Pretty much stay logged in 2 hours on August 9th, 10th, and 11th? and you get a perm chest.

Perm hazama and +10 gears for 19,800 gold. Perm hazama and +5 epics for 13,800. Perm Hazama and +1 epics for 9,900.


Olympics package on sale
Apparently you can acquire one of the mercenaries off the olympics roster and all their epics, it's 10,500 gold.[/b]

It's back again, 1 hour for wood chest, 2 hour for silver, 3 for perm.


Only applies to Koreans. Has to do with 50 winners of motion packs.

I think i'm going to like this 1 vs 1 mode (>w<)/
and i'm curious about the gameplay in this mode..... going to try it soon...
